Blue with Gold Stars Eye Mask

Get a good nights sleep with one of these quirky yet practical eye masks! I made one for myself as at my in-laws there's a skylight with a street light directly above with shines directly onto my pillow - not my husbands just mine! And I just found it irritating each night have the street light shine in my eyes - who wouldn't!

Made out of this beautiful sky blue fabric covered with gold metallic stars, then with a layer of cotton batting and then another cotton - blue polka dot fabric underneath. Not wadding or felt as after a while I've found could get fluff in your eyes which isn't great! The cotton is very soft against your eyes but still some structure to the fabric so it stays in place!

This is a one size fits all variety as the band is elastic - it could be more ascetically pleasing to be a satin ribbon but then it would just slide off your head in the middle of the night, this elastic stays in place! The mask itself is 17cm in length, 7cm in depth, elastic is 37cm so the total circumference is 54cm but that's of course with not stretching it, it's needs to stretch onto your head otherwise it would fall off!

I can also fill the mask with lavender but due to this being a dried flower seed I can only post these within the UK so they have a separate listing.

As such, materials are selected for optimal comfort, blocking out enough light to help you get a good night's sleep or afternoon nap without compressing or over-heating your face.
