Under the Sea Hair Scrunchie

These hair scrunchies are practical and adorable - If I do say so myself!
All scrunchies are made from 100% cotton fabric covered in seahorses, jellyfish, corals and starfish! - I do have other designs see the last photo for reference or check out my shop for further designs!

Each scrunchie measures approx 10cm squared - lying down flat and when stretched measures 34cm for the inner circumference - in other words I can wrap it round 3 times when popping up in a pony tail.
